Fitness Sessions...
Classes are offered in seasonal sessions (typically 8 weeks at a time) throughout the year. Choose to attend one to five classes per week by reserving preferred day(s) according to the current schedule. Need some flexibility? We offer make up classes, online access, or a link to a recorded class in the event that you have to miss a scheduled time. Classes are in-studio Monday, Wednesday and Friday in Orangeville and online from our home studio directly to you (wherever you are) on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (a hybrid class).

Class Descriptions...AGILITY & ACTION – An energizing activity boost.
A class for all levels that includes light cardio combos, total body toning, balance & stretching. The studio ballet barre (or a chair at home) is used. Bring: a stretch band*, a small ball* and a yoga mat. (*Or borrow from our selection). Online set up: a chair or mat, light hand weights (or stretch band if you have one). SPRING 2024- Fridays, Hybrid (in-studio and online) BARRE & BALANCE – A complete workout at the ballet-barre. Start with classic dance-inspired moves to develop posture and alignment, stir in light cardio, add elements of strength training, and garnish with a good dose of stretch for flexibility. It’s all you need to bring out your inner ballerina and feel the grace of a dancer! No equipment required. SPRING 2024 - Wednesdays CARDIO & CONDITIONING – Athletic cardio and strength interval class. Simple movement patterns keep the heart pumping through timed cardio ‘boosts’ that alternate with intervals using light hand-weights to target arms, shoulders, chest, back and more. Joint stability work is featured before a soothing stretch. The effect is a steady heart-rate boost and targeted endurance for the upper body, core and more. Online set up: hand weights, a yoga block (a thick hardcover book or sturdy shoebox will do), a chair. SPRING 2024 - Thursdays, online STICKS & STONES – Energizing cardio, strength and mobility with “sticks” and “stones.” Use drumsticks to tap, strike and pound through rhythmic cardio, and a longer, sturdy stick for core & flexibility training. Hand-weights (our “stones”) add strength intervals to this energetic, mind-body fitness bash. Set up: A sturdy chair, hand weights, drumsticks (or wooden spoons), a light sturdy stick (broom handle, pvc pipe - approx. your shoulder to standing height). A mat may be used for comfort and non-slip surface. SPRING 2024 - Tuesdays, online STRENGTH & STAMINA – Athletic cardio & strength cross-training circuit. This is a non-choreographed, athletic circuit training class. Cardio intervals are combined with stations for agility, strength, and endurance. We use a combination of body-weight exercises, and fitness equipment (provided) to keep things fun and interesting! All equipment provided. SPRING 2024 - Mondays |

Join us at this bright and comfortable location in the Orange Studio for a variety of classes each week. Here, we enjoy a professional dance floor, mirrors and ample space to move. There is lots of parking, and the entrance is clearly marked toward the back of the building.
