Fitness Sessions...

Classes are offered in seasonal sessions throughout the year, or as an ongoing unlimited package. Choose to attend one to five classes per week by reserving preferred day(s) according to the current schedule. Need some flexibility? We offer make up classes, online access, or a link to a recorded class in the event that you have to miss a scheduled time. Attend in-studio Monday, Wednesday and Friday in Orangeville and online from our home studio directly to you (wherever you are) on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (a hybrid class).

Winter: Jan 6-Feb 27 (8 weeks). No class Family Day - COMPLETE

Early Spring: Mar 2-May 1 (9 weeks). No class Good Friday, Easter Monday - REGISTER NOW
Spring: May 4-Jun 26 (8 weeks). No class Victoria Day
Summer: Jul 13-Sep 4 (8 weeks). No class Civic Holiday
Early Fall: Sep 8-Oct 30 (8 weeks). No class Thanksgiving
Late Fall: Nov 2 - Dec 18 (7 weeks)

Class Descriptions...

BARRE & BALANCE – A complete workout at the ballet-barre.
Start with classic dance-inspired moves to develop posture and alignment, stir in light cardio, add elements of strength training, and garnish with a good dose of stretch for flexibility.  It’s all you need to bring out your inner ballerina and feel the grace of a dancer! No equipment required. 
EARLY SPRING 2026 - Wednesdays, in-studio

CORE & CONDITIONING – A focus on muscle strength, endurance, and core work.
A light warm up is followed by toning and strengthening exercises that target a specific body area (rotating weekly). A healthy dose of abdomen and back work and a good stretch rounds out the conditioning workout. Set up a chair and grab a pair of light weights
EARLY SPRING 2026 - Thursdays, online

MAT PILATES – Deep core work, on the mat.
Work deep into the core muscles with the traditional Mat series of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Set up a yoga mat. ​BONUS class (15 min)
EARLY SPRING 2026 - Tuesdays, online

MOBILITY & MOTION – Mindful movement with a mobility stick.
Mobility is the quality and ability to move with ease. A body in motion is a complex network of alignment, connection, and awareness. Mindful patterns of action with the assistance of a simple but surprising tool are paired with techniques and exercises from tai chi and Pilates. The body’s coordinated strength, flexibility and endurance can be enhanced to promote optimal functional movement for daily life. Find a light, sturdy stick that is between your own shoulder and standing height in length. Suggestions: A long broom handle, pvc pipe or branch can work. 
EARLY SPRING 2026 - Tuesdays, online

STRENGTH & STAMINA – Athletic cardio and strength cross-training circuit.
This is a non-choreographed, athletic circuit training class. Cardio intervals are combined with stations for agility, strength and endurance. We use a combination of body-weight exercises, and fitness equipment to keep things fun and interesting! Bring a mat. All other equipment is provided.
EARLY SPRING 2026 - Mondays, in-studio

SPRING STRONG – Classic cardio, strength, mat-work and stretch to a seasonal playlist.
A well-rounded workout with a mix of classic aerobic-dance and upper body conditioning with hand-weights. We hit the mat for more targeted toning and a good stretch.  Enjoy a variety of seasonal playlists, on rotation, like: SUMMER SIZZLER, SPRING STRONG; AUTUMN ACTION, WINTER WORKOUT and various festive holiday hits.

Location (Citrus Dance Inc.)...

CLASSES AT THIS LOCATION are provided on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays by registration. Space is limited.
LOCATION:  51 Townline, Orangeville.

Join us at this bright and comfortable location in the Orange Studio for a variety of classes each week. Here, we enjoy a professional dance floor, mirrors and ample space to move. There is lots of parking, and the entrance is clearly marked toward the back of the building.
