Fitness Sessions...

Classes are offered in seasonal sessions throughout the year, or as an ongoing unlimited package. Choose to attend one to five classes per week by reserving preferred day(s) according to the current schedule. Need some flexibility? We offer make up classes, online access, or a link to a recorded class in the event that you have to miss a scheduled time. Attend in-studio Monday, Wednesday and Friday in Orangeville and online from our home studio directly to you (wherever you are) on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (a hybrid class).

Class Descriptions...

CARDIO & CONDITIONING – Athletic cardio and strength interval class.
Simple movement patterns keep the heart pumping through timed cardio ‘boosts’ that alternate with intervals using light hand-weights to target arms, shoulders, chest, back and more.  A rotation of chair or mat work is featured before a soothing stretch. The effect is a steady heart-rate boost and targeted endurance for the upper body

SUMMER 2025 - Tuesdays, online

BARRE & BALANCE – A complete workout at the ballet-barre.
Start with classic dance-inspired moves to develop posture and alignment, stir in light cardio, add elements of strength training, and garnish with a good dose of stretch for flexibility.  It’s all you need to bring out your inner ballerina and feel the grace of a dancer! No equipment required. 
SUMMER 2025 - Wednesdays, in-studio

MAT PILATES – Deep core work, on the mat.
Work deep into the core muscles with the traditional Mat series of exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Set up a yoga mat.

SUMMER 2025 - Tuesdays, online

SUMMER SIZZLER – Classic cardio and strength to a summer themed playlist.
Pulling the best of classic aerobic dance combos and light athletic training together with toning and strengthening exercises on the mat. All you need is a pair of light hand-weights (optional) and a mat. 
SUMMER 2025 - Fridays, in-studio & online


THROWBACK THURSDAY – Instructor selected, or member requested favourites. 
A variety of class formats, on rotation, will offer strength, endurance, flexibility and balance exercises to keep you strong and energized. Equipment will vary, for example: a mat, light hand weights, a pair of drumsticks (or wooden spoons), lightweight scarf, yoga strap, yoga block, a broomstick).... we'll have fun with what we can find at home!
SUMMER 2025 - Thursdays, online

Location (Citrus Dance Inc.)...

CLASSES AT THIS LOCATION are provided on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays by registration. Space is limited.
LOCATION:  51 Townline, Orangeville.

Join us at this bright and comfortable location in the Orange Studio for a variety of classes each week. Here, we enjoy a professional dance floor, mirrors and ample space to move. There is lots of parking, and the entrance is clearly marked toward the back of the building.
