Location...

Classes are currently available indoors and/or via real-time online instruction.

The Indoor Tai Chi experience:
The space:  Classes are held in central Orangeville in a large, quiet, indoor space with high ceilings and natural light. There is ample parking.

Your comfort:  Dress in loose, comfortable clothing and wear flat casual shoes or non-slip socks. Bring water (taps are available for refills).

The Outdoor Tai Chi experience (available seasonally):
The space:  Classes are held in Mono or at a public park location in/around Orangeville. We select a space with a choice of filtered shade or sun, allowing our group to adjust to the weather conditions and seasons. Locations are confirmed upon registration.
Your comfort:  Dress in loose, comfortable clothing, appropriate for the weather, and wear flat casual shoes or fitness shoes. Bring water and (optionally) bug spray, sunscreen, a hat, or sunglasses
. You may borrow outdoor mats (let us know), or bring your own yoga mat if you wish.

The online class experience:
Your space:
All you need is a small area where you have room to move a step forward/back, and to each side. If possible, an area with few distractions is ideal; do your best!
Your comfort:  Wear something loose and comfortable. Light, flat non-slip footwear or bare feet are good options. Have some water close by to sip as needed during class.
Your tech:  Use any screen, phone or tablet you like to tune in to class. A larger screen can help you see the details of the moves more clearly.

Tips:
  • Log in/arrive up to 15 minutes ahead of class time to say hello, ask questions, and/or begin personal practice.
  • Online participants, please keep microphone set to "mute" during class (unless you need to ask/respond to a question). Turning camera on is optional, but recommended.
Link and location to join class will be sent to registered participants.
