Tai Chi for Fitness...
|
Join us in person or online, as we explore Yang style Tai Chi forms and routines for beginners and beyond. Each class includes warm-up, techniques, instruction and practice. Previous experience is welcome but never required. Those learning for the first time will be offered ample guidance, while those familiar with the basic arm movements and footwork are encouraged to deepen and refine their practice. The benefits of Tai Chi are accessible as early as the first class, and continue to develop over time. We welcome questions before and after class.
