Elizabeth is a crochet designer, educator and crafter (BusyLizzy Boutique). She is also a fitness professional (BusyLizzy Fitness) with over 30 years of experience. Both her handmade creations and her work as a fitness leader are guided by a quest to inspire better health: both for the planet and its inhabitants. Through BusyLizzy Enterprises, she is privileged to be able to connect these passions by creating "eco-friendly & active living products for people on the go" while she also helps by "keeping people on the go!"
