At BusyLizzy Fitness, we provide a variety of group exercise experiences to keep busy people active, healthy and on the go. The professional dance floor at our host location offers the option to work out barefoot, in non-slip socks, dance slippers, or in clean, indoor fitness shoes (for a more traditional workout). Either way, classes address cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility - total body workouts that are fun, effective and easy to follow. Traditional fitness and elements of Pilates, Yoga, dance, Tai Chi, and athletics all find their way into the mix of class formats, providing ongoing variety to keep things fresh and motivating every week.
Membership Options...• DROP IN: Pay per class. Space is limited. Reservation ahead is recommended.
• FITNESS SESSION: Reserve and pay in advance for 1-5 classes per week. Valid for current fitness class schedule (typically 8 weeks in duration). • MONTHLY PASS: Unlimited fitness classes at a flat monthly fee, with no contract. Best value for those attending several classes per week. Refer to Monthly Pass Policies for details.
